Overview

The platform facilitates the execution and monitoring of analysis workflows defined using a workflow description language. Workflow definitions contain a series of one or more containerized application steps with details about the compute environment to execute the application in.

Analysis workflows are managed using APIs hosted by various components of the platform. The APIs provide interfaces to create, update and execute analysis workflows and tasks on the platform.
